Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products (care and hygiene kits), we do not accept returns once a pack has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@labouroflove.ae with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
